What we cook

Buffet, family-style, and drop-off. We don't do plated sit-down dinners or food trucks. 30-guest minimum for full-service, 15 for drop-off.

BBQ buffet

Typical pricing: $28–$45/person

What we do best. Brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken — pick two. Plus cornbread, mac, slaw, baked beans, pickles. Cobbler for dessert. Buffet service, big aluminum pans, no pretense.

Min 30 guests. Lead time 7 days; 14+ for events over 80 guests.

Family-style dinners

Typical pricing: $32–$55/person

For backyard parties, retirement dinners, anniversaries, and any event where you want people to talk to each other. Roasted chickens, family-sized salads, hand-cut fries, big bowls of whatever’s seasonal.

Min 30 guests, 60 max. Larger and we’d shift to buffet.

Drop-off

Typical pricing: $18–$28/person

Reheat-friendly menus — stews, baked pastas, pulled meats, rice and grain bowls, big salads with dressings on the side. We deliver, set up the sterno chafers if you rented some, and leave. Min 15 guests.

Block party / community event

Typical pricing: $22–$35/person

Our soft spot. Lots of food, lots of people, low fuss. We’ve done the same neighborhood block party in Wallingford for six years running. Outdoor setup, fold-out tables, big platters of food that holds well.

Min 50 guests; max 200 (kitchen capacity).
